The DP88370 fluorescent tracer employs advanced fluorescent technology to monitor the presence of corrosion inhibitors and scale inhibitors in water systems. Once the pesticide is introduced, the circulating water passes through a bypass into the water sample collector, where the reagent is detected by the instrument. A monochromatic light source is activated, causing the reagent to emit fluorescence. The intensity of this fluorescence is directly proportional to the concentration of the chemical agent in the water. The instrument utilizes a stable, low-power light source combined with a high-precision photoelectric converter. The emitted light is reflected toward the sensor, generating a weak electrical current. This current is then amplified by a high-power amplifier and processed by a microcontroller unit (MCU) to produce two 4-20 mA output signals. One signal is sent to the control system, enabling automatic monitoring and communication with the machine. The second signal is used to regulate the dosing pump, ensuring accurate chemical dosing based on real-time conditions. The device supports PID control, allowing users to set target values for optimal performance. In cases where the error is significant, the system employs a fuzzy logic algorithm to adjust the control parameters, preventing integral wind-up and improving overall stability. This intelligent approach ensures reliable and efficient operation under varying process conditions.
