The DP88370 fluorescent tracer utilizes advanced fluorescent technology to monitor the presence of corrosion inhibitors and scale inhibitors in the system. Once the pesticide is introduced, the circulating water passes through a bypass into the water sample collector, where the instrument detects the remaining reagent. A monochromatic light source is activated, causing the reagent to emit fluorescence. The intensity of this fluorescence is directly proportional to the concentration of the chemical agent in the water.
The instrument employs a stable, low-power light source combined with a high-precision photoelectric converter. The reflected light is converted into a weak electrical current, which is then amplified by a high-power amplifier. This signal is processed by a microcontroller to generate two 4-20 mA current signals. One of these signals is sent to the control system, enabling automatic monitoring and data exchange with the machine. The other signal is used to regulate the dosing pump, ensuring accurate chemical dosing based on real-time conditions.
The device supports PID control, allowing operators to set target values for optimal performance. When large deviations occur, the system automatically switches to a fuzzy logic algorithm to adjust and prevent integral saturation that may occur in traditional PID control. This intelligent approach ensures more stable and efficient operation, enhancing the overall reliability of the water treatment process.
