The gantry design was developed because the bottom of the cabinet is funnel-shaped, making it impossible to directly install the operating table. To solve this issue, two metal rods are mounted on the top edge of the funnel as a support structure. To prevent the introduction of iron impurities, aluminum rods were chosen instead. The gantry is then placed over these rods, allowing it to move freely forward and backward. A tray is installed on the gantry, forming the working platform. This setup enables the blank body to be adjusted easily in both horizontal and vertical positions. The gantry is not only stable but also easy to disassemble and reassemble, making it simple to use and maintain. Its flexible design allows for efficient operation and reduces dust emissions.

To address this, an exhaust hopper is installed at the back of the cabinet, and an exhaust fan removes the dust from the rear. Some manufacturers have implemented a water bath dust removal system after testing. The dust extracted by the hopper is forced through a water bath, where the glaze particles are absorbed by the water, effectively removing dust. At the same time, the recovered glaze is collected and reused. This design has been reviewed and successfully applied. The new spray glaze cabinets perform well, with excellent glaze recovery results.
It is required that all the residual glaze collected from both the spray glaze process and the water bath dust collector be recycled back into the adjacent glaze pool. After mixing with new glaze, it can be used directly without affecting the quality. The final glaze meets the same standards as newly produced glaze. Recycling the residual glaze not only significantly reduces production costs but also prevents environmental pollution caused by waste disposal. This system ensures efficiency, sustainability, and safety in the glazing process.
