In addition, part of the internal space is filled due to the positive pressure inside the cabinet, which can cause dust to escape and affect operations, posing risks to workers' health. To address this, an exhaust hopper is installed at the back of the cabinet, and an exhaust fan removes the dust from the rear. Some manufacturers have implemented a water bath dust removal system after testing. The dust extracted by the hopper is forced through a water bath, where the glaze particles are absorbed by the water, effectively removing dust. At the same time, the recovered glaze is collected and reused. This design has been reviewed and successfully applied. The new spray glaze cabinets perform well, with excellent glaze recovery results. It is required that all the residual glaze collected from both the spray glaze process and the water bath dust collector be recycled back into the adjacent glaze pool. After mixing with new glaze, it can be used directly without affecting the quality. The final glaze meets the same standards as newly produced glaze. Recycling the residual glaze not only significantly reduces production costs but also prevents environmental pollution caused by waste disposal. This system ensures efficiency, sustainability, and safety in the glazing process.
