**ELISA Kit Specifications:**
This Human Protein C ELISA Kit is available in two configurations: 48-well and 96-well. The kit includes all necessary reagents for performing the immunoassay, ensuring accurate and reliable quantification of Human Protein C levels in biological samples.
**Standard Dilution:**
- 1.5 mL × 1 bottle of enzyme standard reagent
- 3 mL × 1 bottle (for 48-well) / 6 mL × 1 bottle (for 96-well)
**Usage Instructions:**
This reagent is intended solely for research purposes and should not be used for diagnostic or clinical applications.
**Calculation Method:**
To determine the concentration of Protein C in your samples, follow these steps:
1. Plot a standard curve by plotting the concentration of the standard on the x-axis and the corresponding OD values on the y-axis.
2. Draw the standard curve on graph paper or using software.
3. Determine the OD value of your sample from the standard curve and calculate the corresponding concentration.
4. Multiply the calculated concentration by the dilution factor to obtain the actual sample concentration.
Alternatively, you can use linear regression analysis to derive the equation of the standard curve based on known concentrations and their corresponding OD values. Then, input the OD value of your sample into this equation to calculate the exact concentration, followed by multiplying by the dilution factor to get the final result.

- Standard: 2700 ng/L, 0.5 mL × 1 bottle
- Enzyme Standard: 1×48 / 1×96 (store at 2–8°C)
- Sample Diluent: 3 mL × 1 bottle (48-well) / 6 mL × 1 bottle (96-well), store at 2–8°C
- Developer A: 3 mL × 1 bottle (48-well) / 6 mL × 1 bottle (96-well), store at 2–8°C
- Chromogen B: 3 mL × 1 bottle (48-well) / 6 mL × 1 bottle (96-well), store at -8°C
- Stop Solution: 3 mL × 1 bottle (48-well) / 6 mL × 1 bottle (96-well), store at 2–8°C
- Concentrated Wash Solution: (20 mL × 20 times) × 1 bottle (48-well) / (20 mL × 30 times) × 1 bottle (96-well), store at 2–8°C
**Storage Conditions:**
All components should be stored at 2–8°C unless otherwise specified. Please ensure that the reagents are protected from light and contamination during storage and handling.
**Notes:**
