Many customers have contacted us to report that their newly purchased vibration test rig is not functioning properly. However, the main cause of this issue is often due to incorrect operation by the customer, leading to equipment failure. Today, Xiaobian will go over ten common mistakes that users tend to overlook when operating the vibration test rig—these tips are designed to help you avoid unnecessary problems and ensure safe and effective use.
1. One common mistake is connecting a three-phase power supply to a two-phase system. Be sure to check whether your model requires 380V or 220V power. Using the wrong voltage can lead to serious damage and even permanent failure of the equipment.
2. Always install a separate leakage circuit breaker or air switch for the vibration test rig. Do not share it with other high-power devices, as this may cause electrical interference or damage to the machine.
3. If a button or switch becomes damaged, always replace it using the original factory wiring method. Avoid making any arbitrary changes, as this could lead to malfunctions or safety hazards.
4. Never alter or disconnect internal wiring without proper authorization or technical guidance. Unauthorized modifications can void warranties and cause operational issues.
5. Never cut off the power supply while the machine is in operation. Doing so can cause sudden shutdowns, which may result in data loss or damage to the system.
6. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions carefully when running the program. Skipping steps or setting parameters incorrectly can lead to unexpected behavior or even equipment failure.
7. Make sure the output cable is connected to either the vertical or horizontal output port on the platform. Connecting it to the wrong port will prevent the device from vibrating properly.
8. Avoid making large adjustments all at once. Sudden and excessive changes can cause severe vibrations or abnormal operation, potentially damaging the machine.
9. Do not try to set the frequency directly using the △▽ buttons on the control panel. These buttons are meant for adjusting program parameters, not for direct frequency input.
10. The △▽ key is used to modify program settings and reset the power-on state to zero. It should not be used to adjust the frequency directly, as this can interfere with the machine’s normal operation.
By following these guidelines, you can significantly reduce the risk of errors and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of your vibration test rig. Always refer to the user manual and contact support if you encounter any issues.
