Ten problems that are easily overlooked when the vibration test bench is operated

Many customers have contacted us to report that their newly purchased vibration test rig is not functioning properly. However, the main cause of this issue is often due to incorrect operation by the customer rather than a defect in the equipment itself. Today, Xiaobian will share with you ten common mistakes that users tend to overlook during operation—so you can avoid them and ensure smooth performance of your equipment.
1. One common mistake is connecting a three-phase power supply to a two-phase system. Be sure to check whether the model you purchased requires 380V or 220V power. Using the wrong voltage can lead to serious damage and unnecessary costs.
2. For external wiring, it's essential to install a separate leakage or air switch. Do not share it with other high-power devices, as this could result in equipment damage or malfunction.
3. If a button or switch is damaged, replace it using the original factory wiring method. Avoid making arbitrary changes, as this may affect the device’s performance.
4. Never alter or disconnect internal wiring without proper guidance. This can lead to electrical issues or even safety hazards.
5. Do not cut off the power while the machine is running. Sudden power loss can cause unexpected behavior or damage to the system.
6. Always follow the operating instructions carefully. Skipping steps or setting parameters arbitrarily can lead to abnormal operation of the equipment.
7. Make sure the output cable from the platform is connected to either the vertical or horizontal output port. Connecting it incorrectly may prevent the machine from vibrating properly.
8. Avoid making large adjustments all at once. This can cause excessive vibration or unexpected behavior during operation.
9. Do not attempt to adjust the frequency directly using the △▽ buttons on the control panel. This is not the correct way to set the frequency.
10. The △▽ key is meant for adjusting program parameters or resetting the power-on settings to zero. It should not be used to set the frequency directly.
By being aware of these common pitfalls, you can significantly reduce the risk of operational errors and extend the lifespan of your vibration test rig. Always refer to the user manual and contact support if you are unsure about any procedure.
