The new four-in-one film is composed of a plastic braided cloth, a PE film, a BOPP film, and a calendered film, which are compounded by a flow double film head coating process. The outer laminated film is printed on the front and then laminated with a pearlescent film, which can be used to make high-grade bags.

The 3 layer-7 layer composite heavy bag film is made of PF, PP, EVA, PVDC for each layer of material, using the co-extrusion blowing process to form a multilayer co-extruded film. In particular, the co-extrusion of PVDC resin as an intermediate layer with other resins overcomes the difficulty of PVDC extrusion alone.

The company's four-in-one high-grade bag film, 3 layer-7 layer composite bag film and has four development results. First, the use of coating resin to achieve a solid composite with the requirements of the plastic cloth; Second, to obtain a single screw extruder and T-die dual-die head temperature control of the best process parameters; three is the front and back of the film at high speed Accurate positioning during compounding; Fourth, it is preferred for the specification and ratio of flat woven fabrics for PP woven fabrics. Both of these films also achieved a 30% reduction in production costs compared to conventional dry compound films, and all achieved solvent-free residue and cleanliness.
