This energy, if harnessed, can be transformed into electricity, contributing to a low-carbon lifestyle and sustainable energy use. This paper presents a power generation system that utilizes the mechanical energy from fitness equipment. The system aims to convert irregular mechanical motion into stable electrical energy using hydraulic transmission and electronic control. A simple model was built to verify the feasibility of this approach. **System Composition and Working Principle** The system includes an eccentric wheel, a positive displacement pump, check valves, a plunger, a spring, a sealed working chamber, and a generator. As users exercise, the eccentric wheel rotates, driving the plunger back and forth. This motion creates suction and pressure in the sealed chamber, transferring water to a buffer tank. The water then flows through an impeller, generating rotational motion that drives the generator. To ensure stability, the system uses a gear transmission mechanism to increase rotational speed. Additionally, a battery is integrated to store excess energy and supply power when needed. This makes the system adaptable to fluctuating energy demands. **Key Components and Their Functions** - **Positive Displacement Pump**: Converts mechanical energy into hydraulic pressure.
